Wait, your $8 checker told you 0.75 percent and the ruler showed only like 3/32 off? That gap seems huge to me, because 12 inches of chain wearing to 0.75 percent should be closer to 3/32 anyway, so those two numbers should roughly match up. Did the checker maybe have a burr on the pin or was the chain dirty when you tested it? Something sounds off about that gauge, not the method.

inHas anyone tried Diploma Prints for a replacement diploma?
Used them for a graduate diploma and it was super easy. They were patient with my edits (I'm picky about fonts) and the final product was spot on. Fast communication too. Definitely worth it.
