Three fonts on one flyer is a lot, sure, but I gotta say I think the QR code and the coupon might not have been the problem. I've seen bars on 4th Street do fine with a messy flyer that still pulled people in because the deal was good. If your stack sat there for weeks, maybe the price or the timing was the real issue, not the design. One line and one price works, but I wouldn't blame the extra stuff every time. Sometimes a coupon gives people a reason to grab the paper in the first place.

Tool runout and spindle direction can matter more than the material itself, so climb milling on a shaft that's spinning in a lathe setup will fight you unless the part is locked solid. Depending on how yours was held, flipping the cut could have been the only reason it cleaned up.
