Question about how picking up breathwork has me spotting more reality glitches
I started breathwork exercises a few weeks back to help with anxiety, and it's oddly tuned me into minor inconsistencies around me. I mean, last Tuesday, I clearly remember placing my keys on the kitchen counter, but they appeared on the coffee table without anyone touching them. That kind of thing feels like a small matrix slip, where objects seem to jump locations. Maybe it's just me, but focusing on my breath has made my peripheral awareness sharper, so these blips are more noticeable. Another instance was hearing a snippet of a song on the radio that matched exactly what I was humming in my head earlier. Idk, it could be heightened perception or just luck, but the pattern feels too consistent to ignore. It's made me analytical about whether calming the mind somehow highlights the cracks in everyday reality.
