inSerious question, did anyone else buy a bunch of those 'expert' SEO ebooks back in the day?
My cousin just spent $300 on a "TikTok organic growth masterclass" that was basically common sense tips you could find for free. The course seller used fake screenshots of earnings too. It feels like the same old scam with a new social media name on it. People still fall for the promise of a shortcut instead of putting in real work.

inPSA: Tried two different cold water hood liners on a job in Seattle
Been there, that cold cuts right through fleece. Neoprene is the only thing that works for me up here.

inJust read that a modern car's computer code has more lines than the space shuttle program
That number sounds about right. My brother works in automotive software and he told me the same thing. He said a basic car today has dozens of separate computers for everything from the radio to the engine. The space shuttle code was incredibly efficient, but a modern truck has to handle infotainment, driver assists, and emissions controls all at once. It's a ton of software just to make things work together.

inWarning: That 'simple' client brief nearly tanked our entire Q2
Ever feel like a client brief is just a really expensive game of telephone?

inHot take: My aunt's 'secret' pecan pie recipe is just the one from the Karo bottle. She argued with me for an hour at Thanksgiving in Mobile.
Wait, are you telling me the secret ingredient was just... more oregano? That's hilarious. I guess it's like what @uma_martinez said about the fudge, where the real magic is just following the jar instructions. It's wild how a simple thing can become this huge family myth that everyone buys into. Honestly, finding out the truth makes the whole story better, not worse.
