inPro tip: I made a habit of checking the ground under my outriggers and it caught a hidden drain.
Checking every time seems like overkill when the ground is probably fine.

Last Friday, my friend Lisa spent fourteen dollars on a pulled pork sandwich from that new fusion truck. She said the meat was dry and the sauce tasted like nothing, just a sweet glaze. It reminded me of what @mark_hayes said about gourmet trucks missing the point of street food. Why do they charge so much for something you can make better at home? Maybe some trucks are just trying too hard to be fancy instead of focusing on flavor.
