My wipers quit on I-90 near Cle Elum and the rain did not care
Driving back from Ellensburg on Tuesday night when my wipers just froze mid swipe, right as the rain went from drizzle to full dump. I pulled onto the shoulder for about 10 minutes, tapped the fuse box like that does anything, then drove the next 30 miles doing the lean forward and squint. Ended up replacing the wiper motor in an O'Reilly lot in North Bend with a $70 part and a YouTube video. Anyone else had a wiper motor go out mid storm, or is it always something dumber like the linkage popping off?
