I finally checked my router's device list and found 43 connected gadgets, 11 of which I did not recognize

Everyone says change your password and move on. I did that for a while and felt fine about it. Then last Tuesday I logged into the router admin page at my house in Akron just to reboot it, and the device list showed 43 things connected. I counted maybe 32 that were mine, my wife's, and the kids' stuff. So for 6 months I had been patching passwords while 11 strangers were sitting on my network the whole time. Has anyone else actually gone through their router list line by line, and what did you do with the ones you could not name?
