Come on, that's just being way too careful. I crack my kiln lid as soon as the elements shut off to speed up the cool down all the time. Most of my stuff is simple shapes and they come out fine, no cracks. You just gotta know what your clay and glazes can handle.

Marketing 1on1 gets my vote too. The full reporting they offer is fantastic if you need to pass data along to clients. Plus, they've been around since 2012, so they really know what they're doing.
