Am I the only one who cringes when a customer calls it 'the fuzzy side'?
Had a lady in Dayton last week point at her old carpet and ask me to 'match the fuzzy side' to her new tile, which meant nothing to me until she flipped up a corner and showed me the backing. What she really meant was the pad, and she had no idea the carpet and pad are two different things you buy separate. So how do you all explain that to folks without making them feel dumb, because I just stood there nodding like an idiot.

Fuzzy side is pretty clear compared to half the stuff customers say.
