My old band saw finally gave out on a 40 pound pork shoulder last Tuesday...

I had to finish the whole cut by hand with my breaking knife, which took an extra 45 minutes and made me realize I should've replaced the blade two months ago when I first noticed the wobble. Anyone have a good brand for heavy-duty replacement blades that won't dull after a month?

I used to just sign up for store email lists for deals, but last month I tried the Flipp app to compare flyers. I saved $42 on my grocery trip at Kroger because it showed me which store had chicken on sale and matched a digital coupon I missed. The app finds the deals instead of me digging through my inbox. Yeah, calling it "life-changing money" is a stretch (sorry carr.elliot), but it's more about the stress change for me. I used to check prices like five times a day and drive myself nuts. Now I look at that calendar once, see the low day, and my brain just turns off the worry. That's worth way more than the fifty bucks I saved.
