inFinally picked a fix for my sticking kitchen drawer
The whole jar candle thing is another one. My mom buys these expensive ones that need special wick trimmers and still get that weird hollow center. The cheap ones from the grocery store burn clean every single time. It's like we pay extra for worse performance because the packaging looks nice.

inMy simple garage door fix turned into a two day project
Relates so hard to how every small task seems to snowball now. Started just cleaning my car's interior last weekend, ended up detailing the engine bay and ordering new floor mats because I noticed a stain. Feels like you can't touch anything without starting a whole project.

inJust saw the numbers on downtown Edmonton office vacancies and wow.
That Avison Young report is actually for the overall Edmonton office market, not just downtown. The downtown core vacancy is even higher, sitting at around 35.6% last I checked. It's a key difference because the suburban office parks are doing a bit better, which pulls the average down. So the downtown situation is even more stark for those small businesses. It really forces a total rethink of who your customer is and when they're actually around.

inJust realized most people at my gym in Springfield are setting the treadmill incline way too low to actually mimic outdoor walking.
Totally agree! I started hiking last year and realized my treadmill walks were doing nothing to prepare me. I bumped it up to a 5% incline just to feel a little burn, and wow, what a difference. My legs were sore in a good way for the first time. It makes the whole workout feel way more real and useful.

inSo I tried to air fry a whole head of cauliflower last night and it turned into a charcoal briquette.
My buddy skipped that step and his pan is basically ruined now, @umar59.
