Why does nobody talk about reusing passwords across work and personal accounts?

I went to update my password manager last week and realized half my coworkers still use the same password for their email as they do for their banking. It took me 5 minutes to show them how a single leak from a forum site could wreck everything, but they just shrugged it off. Has anyone else run into this wall when trying to get people to separate their logins?

I've been running those $80 CV axles from the local parts store for years on my 2000 Tacoma, and last month on a trip up near Flagstaff the passenger side let go at 45 mph. The boot split and the joint came apart, threw grease everywhere and left me stranded for 3 hours waiting for a tow. I swapped in a set of $220 Trail-Gear axles instead, and after 400 miles they feel way tighter with zero vibration. Has anyone else had better luck spending a little more upfront on these things?

Said if it sits in a damp warehouse too long the gypsum core can degrade and it won't hold up in a fire test. Never even thought about that lol. Why do people keep using thermal paste like it's caulk?

I just had a guy bring in a laptop where someone used thermal paste to fill the whole gap between the heatsink and the GPU die. It was spilling over the sides onto the board and everything. You only need a pea sized amount, not half a tube. I spent 20 minutes cleaning it up with isopropyl alcohol and a toothpick before I could even start the real repair. Has anyone else seen this kind of mess or is it just me?

The previous installer had left about 8 feet of extra wire coiled up behind every sensor. It looked like a rat's nest. My tester kept picking up false signals because of all the interference. I spent 2 hours cleaning it up and now I trim every wire to the exact length I need. Has anyone else seen bad wiring jobs that caused signal issues?

Last week I needed a new door operator board for a job in Akron. The usual place quoted $680. I had to wait a day for stock so I called around and found the exact same part at a place in Canton for $470. Same manufacturer, same warranty, just a smaller shop with better pricing. I checked my past receipts and I've overpaid by at least $2,000 this year alone on parts from the first place. Has anyone else found big price differences between local suppliers like this?

Paid $45 for a day pass to the Metro City Writers Forum. Sat in on a panel about worldbuilding. The speaker just read Powerpoint slides for 45 minutes. No examples, no prompts, nothing I could actually use. Has anyone else sat through a "professional" writing talk that was basically a waste of cash?

Just realized my monthly spreads were killing my bujo flow

I used to do these huge monthly calendars with every event color coded and stenciled in. Took me like 2 hours each month to set it up. Then I noticed I never actually used them after day 3. So I switched to a simple weekly spread with just a task list and notes column. Now I spend maybe 10 minutes on Sunday night setting up the next week. Has anyone else found that detailed monthly spreads just dont work for how their brain actually processes tasks?
