I just saw my phone's screen time report and it said I spent 87 hours on it last week
That's over 12 hours a day, which is crazy because I feel like I'm just checking things on my breaks. I looked at the breakdown and a huge chunk was just scrolling through social media apps while I waited for my coffee to brew or sat in my car after work. It made me think about how those little 5 minute checks add up so fast. I'm trying to just leave my phone in another room during my lunch now. Has anyone else been shocked by their screen time number and tried to cut back?

Honestly, how much time do you have? For me it was Spotify. Seeing the actual minutes laid out made me realize I use it more as background noise than for actually listening to music. The weekly total was kind of shocking, like a part time job's worth of hours. It made me cut down on just having it on while doing chores.
