Walked through the new food hall on 104th and saw something that bugged me

Everyone's raving about the new vendors, but I think the shared seating layout is a real problem for small business owners trying to connect. I watched a coffee shop owner try to talk to a customer for five minutes, but they kept getting interrupted by people looking for tables. How are you supposed to build a local network when the space doesn't let you have a real conversation?

So did the coffee shop owner just give up, or did they try to move the chat somewhere else?
