Am I the only one who dropped $300 on a Chamber of Commerce membership and felt completely ghosted?
I paid for it hoping to get some solid local connections, but after the initial welcome email, I haven't gotten a single useful lead or invite to anything that wasn't just a sales pitch.

Disagree hard here, honestly. You gotta actually go to the mixers and talk to people, not wait for invites. I got my best client just by showing up to a boring breakfast event and following up. Maybe @mila_harris just didn't put in the face time, you know? It's a tool, not a magic button.

Totally feel that. My membership was a total waste of money too. Just got put on a generic email list for events nobody actually goes to.
