Stumbled on a stat about creator burnout that actually shook me

I was reading a report from the Creator Economy Lab last week. It said over 60% of full-time creators feel burned out within their first two years. That number hit me hard because I'm almost at that mark. I always thought the grind was just part of the deal, but maybe it's a sign the whole system is broken. How are you all actually handling the pressure without crashing?

Yeah that tracks with how everything feels like a side hustle now. My barista is trying to be a musician, my cousin sells crafts online, it's endless. The pressure to always be "on" and making content is just the new normal for way too many people.

That 60% number is honestly brutal. I see it with some of the pet influencers I follow, they just vanish after a while. Tbh the whole "always on" thing seems impossible to keep up with.
