My own sleep deprivation is causing tech errors I never used to make

I've noticed that when I don't sleep well, I make more mistakes at work. Last month, after a series of late calls, I accidentally formatted the wrong drive. It was a close call that cost us time. Speaking with others, many say they have similar lapses after poor rest. This isn't just a personal issue, it affects our team's reliability. We should focus on sleep as part of our job skills. Simple steps like setting phone quiet hours could make a difference.

Disagree completely. If you mess up a drive, that's on you, not sleep. Good techs check twice even when tired. Nora's new fear sounds like a focus problem, not a sleep problem. I've pulled all-nighters on bug jobs and still mixed chemicals right because I pay attention. Maybe the real issue is people using sleep as an excuse for sloppy work.

Formatting the wrong drive is a fun new fear, thanks sleep.

Yeah that's the worst. I started putting a piece of tape on the drive I need to pull, lifesaver when you're brain is fried.
