Appreciation post: My old shop in Toledo never let us use a digital level, but my new foreman insisted on it for a header install last month.

We shaved a full day off the job because we weren't constantly checking and re-checking with a water level. Anyone else's crew finally make the switch?

My dentist switched to digital X-rays last year... same idea.

Oh wow, that's interesting. Did your dentist talk about why they made the switch? I'm curious if patients noticed a real difference, like less time in the chair or something. I've heard the image is instant but never seen it myself. Seems like everything is going digital these days, for better or worse.

Doubt it's that big a deal, my old dentist still uses film.
