Showerthought: My dad's take on board games makes family time feel pointless
I set up a game night with a thinky board game last Sunday. He rolled his eyes and called it a waste of time for grown-ups. I said it's about bonding and using your brain together. He just grabbed the TV remote and ignored us. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother.

Ever been there? I used to get hung up on it too until @the_gray's post made me see it differently.
