inFinally nailed the dry age on a ribeye primal after three tries
Yeah, @terry677, that air movement trick is a solid fix for those crust issues.

inMy friend in Bend swore the 28-mile Three Sisters loop was too much for a weekend, but we did it in 48 hours with time to spare.
I read a blog post once about how the Enchantments thru-hike in Washington was only for elite athletes. My buddy and I, just regular weekend hikers, did it last September. We took it slow, camped at Colchuck Lake, and finished the whole core zone in two days. That trip taught me to ignore the gatekeeping and just check the elevation gain for myself. Sometimes people make trails sound way harder than they actually are.

inRant: The coffee shop in my building charges $4.50 for a plain black coffee.
Saw my friend do that once and the barista lit up, started telling him all about this small farm in Guatemala.

inSerious question, has anyone else had a client completely ghost them after a big presentation?
Getting two contacts saved me last month. The hiring manager went quiet, so I reached out to the team lead I also met. I just said I was following up and asked if they needed anything else from me. The team lead forwarded it internally and it turned out the first guy was just out sick. Having that second person kept the conversation alive.

inTIL my electric bill was 30% lower this month because of a simple change
Wish I had the same luck lol. My power company gave me a free smart thermostat last year and honestly, I haven't noticed any change on my bill. It still feels crazy high every winter. Maybe my old place is just drafty or the system is inefficient, but the tech itself didn't fix that. Sometimes I wonder if those reports just compare you to an average that was already high.
