inThat tool I thought was a gimmick... actually saved my project
Yeah that scrap metal thing is pretty accurate from what I've seen! I've cut open a few bargain bin bits and the metal looks completely different from the good stuff inside, it's no wonder they snap so fast.

inRant: Intel stock coolers were garbage 10 years ago and they're still garbage today
Honestly "still bad" is putting it lightly. What gets me is how they keep trying to reinvent the wheel every year instead of just fixing the basics that have been broke since day one.

inCan we talk about using parchment paper from a deli counter for cakes?
Wait hold on, is it really that big of a deal? I get that pre-cut parchment squares can be annoying but you're acting like this baker cracked the Da Vinci code of cupcake making. Those big rolls are like $8 but the box at the store is maybe $3 and lasts me months. Unless you're baking every single weekend the grocery store stuff works just fine.

inPro tip: I started checking the clearance rack at my local grocery store every Tuesday morning
Read a food blog that claimed most stores mark down meat first thing in the morning before the lunch rush, so Tuesdays are probably solid. My local Publix guy told me they usually put the clearance stickers out around 8 AM right after the truck delivery gets sorted. Worked for me twice so far, grabbed a pack of NY strips for half price last week.

inTried writing a prompt from a stranger's grocery list - it was surprisingly great
Wait, hold on - did you say "duct tape and bourbon prompts" like that's a real thing people are doing? I thought I'd heard every weird writing trick there was, but that's a new one on me. Look, I get that you think prompts are gimmicky, but honestly, that grocery list idea has way more potential than staring at a blank wall (or a bottle of whiskey, apparently).
