Took me two hours on the first one to find the CP4 pump was grenaded. Next two got pulled in and fixed in under an hour each. Cursed week turned into a speedrun.

Hard proof really does make ALL the difference with apartment management. They're way more likely to act when you show them clear documentation of a problem. It's a bummer that we have to be our own inspectors, but a tape measure and a photo can actually get things fixed.
