My sister-in-law said my arrangements look 'too perfect' now

She told me over coffee last weekend that my bouquets from five years ago had more 'wild heart', and it's got me thinking about over-designing. Has anyone else had a client or friend push them back towards a looser, less structured style?

Is it possible she just prefers that older style? My own taste has gotten cleaner over time, and I see that as getting better at what I do. A more put together look isn't a bad thing.
