After a really tough week last month, my brain felt like a messy collage of random stuff. Like @nora_lewis said, brains do make weird patterns that don't always make sense. What helped me was spending 10 minutes each day doodling random shapes on paper, which let my mind wander without pressure. It didn't fix everything, but it made my thoughts feel less stuck and more fluid!

Why are my thoughts just a bunch of dried glue blobs? nora_lewis is right about weird brain patterns, since mine never form anything useful. Maybe I should take up glue art as therapy.
