My pitch deck video started playing a cat video instead at a meetup

I was showing my new app idea at a local coffee shop meetup last Tuesday, and right when I hit play on the demo video, a clip of a cat falling off a couch popped up (my kid must have swapped the files). I just laughed and said 'well, that's one way to break the ice', and we all ended up talking about work-life balance instead. Has anyone else had tech totally flop on them in the middle of trying to look professional?
