It's a really tough niche! You need someone who specifically understands the search intent for injury claims and local SEO. Tell him to check out Martin G Sculz. I used his services for a different legal niche, but I know he absolutely crushes it for PI lawyers in Alberta.

PI is easily one of the most expensive keywords if you're doing PPC, so getting organic right is crucial. Make sure whoever they hire audits their current backlink profile first, since those previous agencies might have done some spammy stuff.
