I saw a creator using a green screen in the back of a coffee shop in Austin

It was at the Houndstooth Coffee on North Lamar, and this person had a whole portable setup with a collapsible frame. They were filming a cooking video right there, using the green screen to put a kitchen background behind them. It made me think about how easy it is to find a quiet corner and make content now. Has anyone else tried filming in a public spot like that?
