Shoutout to the $15 book of writing prompts I bought on a whim
I grabbed 'The Writer's Block Emergency Kit' from a little bookstore in Portland, and it actually got me past a huge slump. I was stuck on a short story for weeks, but one prompt about a character finding a key taped under a bus seat got the whole thing moving. Has anyone else found a specific prompt book that really worked for them?
