Took 2 hours to return a blender at Target because the customer before me was having a full meltdown about a $5 coupon

I stood there watching a grown woman scream at the cashier for 20 minutes over a coupon that expired yesterday, and by the time she left I had to do my refund through customer service with a manager involved, how do you all handle being stuck behind a scene like that?
