A client made me stop using canned air for cleaning out power supplies
They showed me a video of a PSU shorting out from moisture in the can and now I only use a vacuum with a brush attachment, anyone else switch to a different cleaning method?

Totally agree. Had a similar scare a few years back. Used canned air on an old Dell Optiplex, heard a nasty crackle, and the machine wouldn't post after that. Swapped to a MetroVac DataVac with the brush nozzle and haven't looked back. Also started using a soft paintbrush to loosen dust before vacuuming. Way safer, and no more worrying about freezing liquid or static buildup ruining someone's rig.

Guess I'll start wrapping my cans in a blanket and apologizing to them first.

Yeah, but the blanket thing doesn't really help with the real issue. That crackle wasn't the can getting mad, it was moisture freezing inside the computer. Wrapping it in a blanket won't stop that from happening if you tilt the can too much or hold it too close. The real fix is just keeping the can upright and not shaking it, and giving short bursts instead of spraying until the can is ice cold. That brush and vacuum combo is still the better way to go for anything delicate though.
