People act like skipping a run is some huge crime. It's a comic book, not a life decision. Read what you want, ignore the rest.

Totally agree with @umar59 on this one. I actually saw a post on Tumblr a while back where someone said they stopped reading comics for three years and came back and it was fine. Everyone's got their own pace, you know? Skipping a story arc or a whole run is just part of the fun, not some failure. No need to force yourself through something that's not hitting right now.
