Noticed the price difference between buying spices at the grocery store vs the bulk section

I was at WinCo last week picking up stuff for chili. The little jar of cumin was 4 bucks for maybe 3 ounces. Then I walked over to the bulk bins and got the same amount for 1.20. I started checking everything and the savings are pretty big on oregano, paprika, bay leaves. Just bring your own baggies or use the plastic bags they have there. Has anyone else found a good bulk spice place nearby that keeps it cheap?

Swapped my fancy skincare for basic drugstore stuff last year and honestly my face looks exactly the same. Actually maybe even a little better because I actually use it consistently now instead of hoarding those precious tiny jars. Those influencer brands are just charging you for the glass and the minimalist label design. Your skin cares about ingredients not how much you paid for the bottle.
