Spilled coffee on a stranger at Union Station last month, now we swap plant cuttings every Sunday
I was rushing to catch the 8:15 Amtrak to New Haven and my whole iced latte ended up on this lady's tote bag. She laughed it off and noticed the succulent pin on my jacket. Turns out she runs a little plant swap in Brooklyn and now I get rare pothos varieties from her. Has anyone else made a solid friend from a clumsy moment?

Rare pothos varieties" is such a great outcome from a coffee disaster. My friend Jen once tripped and dropped a whole pizza on a guy at a food court, and they ended up bonding over their shared hatred of pineapple on pizza (weird hill, I know). They've been workout buddies for three years now, so I guess clumsy moments are just fate's way of making introductions.

Gotta disagree a little with @the_jordan on the fate thing lol. More like clumsy moments just show you who's got good energy. Your coffee lady sounds chill, the pizza guy situation proves some people are just naturally good at rolling with stuff.
