Just hit 500 hours on my break time puzzle app
Checked my screen time report this morning. It added up to 500 hours exactly. That's over 20 full days. All from my 15 minute coffee breaks. It snuck up on me. What do you guys do to make your short breaks feel more useful?

Wow 500 hours is a huge wake up call. How did you start noticing that time was adding up? I started setting a timer for my breaks and physically getting up from my desk. Even just walking to get water makes my brain reset. I also keep a notepad open for quick to do items that pop into my head during those minutes. It stops me from just mindlessly scrolling or gaming.

Setting a timer is such a good idea. I started tracking my screen time on my phone and the weekly report was a real shock (like, where did those 20 hours go?). Now I leave my phone in another room when I need to focus, and it's crazy how much more I get done.

Honestly I used to roll my eyes at the whole screen time thing, thought it was just more nagging. But then I saw my own report and it was like 30 hours a week on random apps. I started putting my phone in a drawer during work hours and it's wild. I finished a project in two hours that used to take me all day, just because I wasn't checking every notification.
