I just hit 500 logged plays in my board game app

It snuck up on me because I only started tracking last year. Looking back, most of those were quick games of Azul with my partner after dinner. It made me realize how much that small daily habit adds up. Does anyone else get surprised by their own game stats?

Wait, is that 500 plays total or 500 just of Azul? Because if it's all games, that's still a huge number for one year. I track everything too and my "quick games" with my wife are almost all Splendor, but they add up to maybe 200. Five hundred total plays is a serious commitment.

Azul is such a great choice for that daily ritual. My partner and I did something similar with Patchwork for months. Those small sessions really do build a massive total over time.

Yeah 500 total plays is wild for a year. @garcia.tyler is right though, those little daily games stack up so fast. My partner and I burned out on Patchwork after like 150 plays, so switching it up helps.
