That one Wednesday where the office printer jammed 12 times before noon.

I spent more time on hold with IT support than actually printing, and by the time they fixed it, the document I needed was obsolete, so has anyone else had a machine just decide to ruin your whole day for no reason?

ruin your whole day" Really? A printer jam is annoying for sure, but it took you all day? I've had days where my car wouldn't start, my kid puked in the back seat, and the dog ate a shoe. That's a ruined day. A jammed printer is just a reason to take a longer coffee break.

ruin your whole day" hit me hard because my washing machine once decided to eat a sock mid-cycle and refused to spin. Took me an hour and a YouTube tutorial to fish it out, and the sock was ruined anyway.

Welp, sounds like your printer was just trying to make sure you got your steps in for the day... between the machine and the coffee break, you almost broke even on productivity.
