I was at a wedding in Tampa and my phone went off during the vows

I had it on silent, or so I thought, but my alarm for a house showing I forgot to cancel went off. It was that loud 'radar' sound and I fumbled for it in my pocket for what felt like a full minute. The bride shot me a look that could freeze lava. Now I physically leave my phone in the car at any formal event, no exceptions. Anyone else have a public place they now avoid bringing their phone to?

So what did you end up doing with the house?

Oh man, I saw this wild story about a guy who turned his whole place into a rental for film shoots. Like, he just left his furniture and everything. Made way more money doing that for a year than selling it right away. Honestly seems like a smart move if you're not in a rush to get out.

Remember my friend whose couch got ruined by fake blood on a shoot?
