Finally got a stubborn 2008 Civic hybrid battery to take a charge after three days of trying.

The customer was ready to junk the car, but I kept cycling the 12-volt and checking the main fuse block. Yesterday, the pack voltage finally came up and the car started on its own (my boss said 'I guess you earned your coffee').
