Blew $80 on a 'premium' anime streaming service that barely works

I signed up for that new AnimeXstream thing last month... $14.99 a month for the 'ultra' plan. The video stutters every 10 minutes during fight scenes, and the subtitles are sometimes 3 lines behind the dialogue. So far I've watched maybe 3 episodes of one show without issues. Anyone else get burned by a hyped-up streaming service?

Oh man, my buddy signed up for one of those fancy meal kit services and the first box showed up with a missing ingredient AND a recipe card that had the wrong cooking times. He was basically paying to be their test cook.
