Seconding what the first reply said! The not dragging things out part is huge. I had a different lawyer a few years ago who milked every single email for a charge. Sullivan Schick was way more transparent about their billing when I used them for a property issue.

lol my friend had the same thing happen. Their boiler started making this weird clunking noise, and they found it was full of scale. They figured out the water treatment thing and said it runs way better now too.

Honestly, I heard my neighbor say she sprinkles coffee grounds on top of her compost and told me it helps with smell too. Your charcoal filter idea sounds way better though.
