inSerious question, have you ever gotten a design idea from a coworker's repetitive outfit?
During a budget review at my last job, I noticed how much waste came from fast fashion trends. Modular designs aren't just about beating boredom, they can SERIOUSLY cut down on clothing waste. If you have core pieces that last, swapping accents means buying less overall. This ties into that Monday sweater idea because one staple item can anchor multiple looks. From a money view, it saves cash over time which is a HUGE plus. Plus, it feels good to make less trash with your wardrobe choices.

inMy barber's morning gripe got me to change our setup routine.
Come on, how bad can a shaky haircut really be? @umar59 makes it sound like the end of the world. Just get a trim later in the day, problem solved.

inCan we talk about switching from manual tile cutters to wet saws?
But does it actually make a better finished cut? A good wet saw leaves a clean edge too, and most folks wouldn't notice a difference once the grout goes in. Seems like more of a personal preference thing than a real quality issue.

inFinding a child's drawing in a textbook changed how I see forgotten bookmarks
My mom still has my To Kill a Mockingbird notes from 10th grade. Like @mila_harris said, the teen handwriting just adds to the memory. Keep them in a binder or a box so they don't get lost.

inWhy does nobody talk about shielded cable degradation in warm hoistways?
Ever notice how the most elusive faults always seem to tie back to something you installed years ago and forgot about? I spent a week once convinced a PLC was possessed, only to find a similar batch of cable had turned brittle behind a conduit clamp. Your method of logging variables is smarter than my approach, which mostly involved a series of increasingly creative curses. It's always the unglamorous fixes that save the most sanity, even if they make you feel a bit silly for not spotting them sooner.
