I used to believe holding onto things was safer. Seeing all the junk piled up for the cleanup really showed how it just builds up. Letting go of extra stuff actually feels lighter, you know?

My buddy finally cleared out his garage last month after years of saying he would. That space was so stuffed with old boxes and broken tools you could barely walk through it. He found a bike with two flat tires he forgot he even owned, and it took him three whole trips to the dump. Seeing that pile gone changed his whole mood, like a weight off his shoulders. @williamb29 totally gets that lighter feeling you're talking about.
