Glowing charger reviews left my phone with a battery problem.

I bought a wireless charger because all the online reviews said it was fast and reliable. After a few days, my phone started getting uncomfortably hot during charging. Now the battery drains much quicker than it used to. I looked back and none of the reviews mentioned proper heat management. Just a friendly warning to look past the star ratings.

Remember when my friend Mike got that cheap charger? His phone got so hot it fried the battery for good.

Ugh this hits home hard. I see this with so many tech reviews where people test something for like two days and call it great. Real problems show up after you've used it awhile. It happens with cheap phone cases that crack after a month or those "fast" wall plugs that die in six. Everyone's in a rush to post their first impression before the real test even starts. Makes you wonder what else we're all missing.
