Heads up about the 'Mighty Taco' truck at the 5th Street market

I used to grab their $3 street tacos every Friday, but after getting sick last month, I found out they switched to a cheaper meat supplier. Has anyone else had a bad experience there lately?

That's a real shame to hear... I had a similar thing happen with a burger place a while back. Ended up just stopping by and asking the guy at the window straight up where they get their beef now. He was pretty open about the change, said it was to keep the price low. Sometimes just asking them directly can clear things up, even if the answer isn't great.

The burger place near me still uses local beef.

Local beef is fine, but it's still just a burger. The difference in taste is pretty small unless you're a real food expert.
