Pro tip: I just hit 100 days on my sourdough starter and it's still alive...

I honestly thought it would die after a week, but I've been feeding it every single morning since March. Has anyone else's starter gotten this weirdly resilient?

Feeding mine daily feels like a nice ritual though.

Actually, you don't have to feed it every day. Once it's mature, you can keep it in the fridge and just feed it once a week. It saves a ton of flour and hassle.

King Arthur's site says weekly fridge feeding works fine.
