How a shared string check ended alignment arguments in my crew

We used to point fingers every time a fence section was off. Now, the whole team looks at the string line together before any post goes in. What's your best move to stop blame games on site?

Yeah the string line check is key. We also do a quick huddle before any concrete pour to point out levels together, cuts the "who messed up" talk right out.
