Warning: I found good parts in a TV I was about to throw out.

They helped me repair a similar model for a client. How do you handle old gear that might still have life?

Do people actually use gloves? I just go in bare hands, never had a problem. But yeah, maybe that's not smart...

It's crazy how often we ditch things that could be fixed. Maybe it's just me, but I've started keeping a bin for spare parts from old electronics.
