Spent 6 hours on a 2015 MacBook Pro that wouldn't turn on, turned out to be a single grain of sand in the power button.

It's crazy how the smallest thing can totally brick a device. My old laptop keyboard went nuts, typing random letters, and it was just a single crumb under the key. Another time, a USB port died because of pocket lint packed in there so tight. Makes you wonder how many electronics get thrown out over a simple cleaning.

Had a similar thing with an old game controller. The left trigger stopped working completely. Took it apart and found a tiny piece of a broken pretzel stuck in the mechanism. Works fine now after I cleaned it out. Ever had something weird jam up your gear?
