Spent $80 on a magnetic wristband for screws and now I'm kicking myself

I was doing a panel swap in a tight attic crawlspace and dropped a 10-32 screw into the insulation, which took me twenty minutes to find. The magnet on this thing is so weak it barely held two screws before they fell off. What's a better hands-free method that actually works for you guys?

Totally get the "so weak" thing. I used to think any magnet would work until I lost a tiny grub screw inside a guitar. Now I only use the heavy duty ones with the strong rare earth magnets, the kind that can hold a full set of driver bits.
