Spent $300 on a booth at the Edmonton Business Expo and it was worth every penny

I set up a small booth at the expo last month, thinking it would just be a basic marketing cost. Over two days, I had over 50 solid conversations with other local business owners, not just quick handshakes. I got three new clients from it, which already covered the booth fee. It was way better than just posting online. Has anyone else found a local event that really worked for them?

Totally get that, local craft fairs are my version of that. Sold way more face to face than I ever do on Etsy, people just like touching the stuff lol.

Yeah, Etsy's just a fancy picture book for stuff you need to hold.

You know how everything feels so digital now? That's why these old school meetups are hitting different lately. It's like people are craving real handshakes again.
